Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You must be at least 18 and a college student using your own valid .edu email. Supply accurate information, maintain only one account, and do not impersonate others. A college email or badge is not proof of age, identity, or trustworthiness.

Fake profiles, catfishing, bots, spam, and deceptive identity information are prohibited.

Do not plan, facilitate, promote, or carry out illegal acts through Nexo, including illegal drug or weapons sales, fraud, unauthorized access, human trafficking, or sex trafficking.

Child sexual exploitation or abuse is strictly prohibited, including grooming, sexualizing minors, and creating, requesting, possessing, or sharing child sexual abuse material. Confirmed or suspected violations may be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement as required by law.

Do not post sexually explicit profile content, nudity, pornography, or sexual solicitations. Do not send unsolicited sexual material.

Sexual violence, threats or encouragement of sexual violence, and non-consensual intimate content are prohibited. Never share or threaten to share another person's intimate images without consent.

Do not bully, stalk, threaten, intimidate, or harass anyone. Hate speech targeting protected characteristics and content that encourages violence or self-harm are prohibited.

Do not expose another person's email, address, phone number, private conversations, or other personal information without permission. Do not evade a block or use another account to contact someone who has blocked you.

Romance scams, phishing, fake investments, cryptocurrency schemes, requests designed to defraud users, and other financial exploitation are prohibited.

Do not scrape users' information, bypass security or subscription controls, compromise accounts, or disrupt Nexo. Commercial advertising, recruiting, and unsolicited promotions require written permission.

Use the in-app report and block tools or contact nexo.service@outlook.com. For immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Do not email or redistribute illegal imagery; report where it appeared instead.

We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or terminate accounts according to severity and applicable law. Severe exploitation or threats may be referred to the appropriate authorities. Appeals can be sent to our support email.
