Nexo policies & information

Refund Policy

Premium is optional. This policy explains the difference between cancelling future payments and requesting a refund for a payment already made.

Last updated: October 2026

1. General refund terms

Premium payments are generally non-refundable, including unused time, partial billing periods, and automatic renewals. We do not ordinarily provide prorated refunds when a subscription is cancelled. This policy does not limit any refund, withdrawal, or other consumer right required by applicable law.

2. Cancel future renewals

Use Manage subscription on the signed-in Premium page to cancel. Cancellation prevents future renewals, and paid Premium access continues through the period already paid for. Cancelling does not automatically refund earlier payments.

Deleting your account is not a substitute for cancelling your subscription. Cancel through subscription management before deleting your account; contact support if you can no longer access the subscription controls.

3. Free trials

When an eligible seven-day monthly trial is offered, the checkout displays its terms. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge. If you do not cancel, the trial converts to a paid monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout.

4. Billing errors and refund inquiries

For a duplicate, incorrect, or unrecognized charge, or a refund required by law, contact nexo.service@outlook.com with the date, amount, receipt reference, and explanation. Never send your full card number, security code, or password.

We review billing issues and applicable legal rights individually. Sending a request does not guarantee a refund or stop future renewals. If a refund is approved, it is normally returned through the original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank.
